Adverbs of Frequency
These tell how often something happens: always, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, never.
I always brush my teeth.
She usually walks to school.
They sometimes play cricket.
He never eats meat.
Adverbs of frequency go before the main verb but after "to be": "I always walk." / "She is always late."
Common mistake: Placing them at the very start/end wrongly. Say "He often comes late," not "He comes often late."
