Interrogative Pronouns (who/what/which)
Interrogative pronouns ask questions and stand for the unknown thing: who, what, which, whom, whose.
Who is at the door?
What do you want?
Which is yours?
Whose is this?
Who = a person, What = a thing, Which = a choice between options.
Common mistake: Using "what" when choosing between known options. Use which: "Which do you want, tea or coffee?"
