Modals: Should — Advice
Should is used to give advice — to say what is a good idea to do.
Form: Subject + should / shouldn't + base verb.
You should drink water.
You should sleep early.
You shouldn't eat too much sugar.
We should help others.
Use should for the right thing to do, and shouldn't for what to avoid. It's friendly, polite advice.
Common mistake: "You should to study." Drop the "to": You should study.
